Novak is a lovely doe. We think one of the best we have had. Her rear udder attachment is exceptional as is her fore udder.
She milks well and shows well. Shown 4 times she was 2 times first and 2 times second. She was third place at the 2023 National show.
She milked well into March of her yearling lactation and refreshened in May. On her 3rd lactation she had a very tramatic freshening and we were so pleased she is still with us. In spite of that she has been milking over 10 pounds a day consistantly.
Her appraisal score as a yearling milker reflects her immaturity and she has improved significantly as a 2 and 3 year old.
